Construction of sewage pipeline network of Certain length (approx.) for carrying sewage from all waste lines inside individual dwelling units including non-residential buildings. The pipe should be RCC of suitable diameter including construction of suitable size and number of manhole, chambers, inspection chambers, saddle support in Brickwork/ RCC, PCC bedding for pipeline, excavation and refilling of trenches, repair of roads of all types, all connections, testing valves, gates etc. all complete. Construction of plant Room Screen Chamber, Grit Chamber, Inlet cum equalization tank, Aeration Tank , Disinfection Tank, Sludge sump, Control panel Room including office Room,, civil works Road, pathways & Foundation, Construction of shed for the STP equipment etc. all complete. Construction of required surrounding Boundary wall of Masonry work with RCC pillars and beams Structural design of for all structures shall be done in accordance with the provisions in BIS Code. Water Retaining structures shall be constructed in RCC - M:30 grade and all other RCC works shall be designed with minimum M25 grade concrete. All the foundations and sub structures shall be designed / checked for submerged or saturated soil condition as the case may be considering the ground water table/ inundation for design purpose. All the buildings shall be only framed structure and designed as per relevant BIS code (latest).
